What we collect. Contact and scheduling details you submit through this website, and the financial and tax information you provide to us as a client through our secure client portal (TaxDome). We do not collect client financial data through this website.
How we use it. To provide the tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services you engage us for, to communicate with you, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with. Service providers that help us deliver our services (secure document portals, accounting and tax software, communication tools), under agreements that limit their use of your information to our engagement. Disclosures of tax return information are made only as permitted by IRC §7216 and with your written consent where the law requires it.
QuickBooks Online integration. With your authorization, our firm’s private integration reads your QuickBooks Online data for bookkeeping review and reporting. It is read-only: it cannot create, change, or delete anything in your file. You can revoke it at any time in QuickBooks under Apps → Connected apps.
Security. We maintain a written information security program as required by the FTC Safeguards Rule, including encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access.
Retention. We keep client records for the periods required by law and professional standards, then dispose of them securely.
